Mypoonji.com ("Mypoonji", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Nayyar Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India (CIN: U70200HR2024PTC119410), registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor with NJ Wealth (ARN 843303). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

We collect information only where you choose to give it to us:

• Contact form submissions — name, email, mobile number, and whatever you write in the message field, along with any preferred date/time you select.
• Email verification (login) — if you use the verification popup, we collect your name, mobile number and email address, and record that the email was verified along with the date of verification.
• MyPoonji Check — the financial inputs you enter (age, income, savings, goals, risk answers) are used only to calculate your result in your browser session. They are sent to our server to run the calculation and are not saved against your name or email.
• Ordinary technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider, as almost every website does.

We do not ask for or store PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, demat details, or any KYC document through this website.

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact page or WhatsApp.
• To confirm that a visitor's email address genuinely belongs to them before treating them as a verified lead.
• To improve the tools and content on this site based on what visitors actually use.
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us as an AMFI/NJ Wealth registered distributor.

3. How long we keep it

Contact form and verified-lead records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry or maintain our distributor records, and are not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties. Verification codes (OTPs) are deleted automatically after use or after 10 minutes, whichever is earlier.

4. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in after email verification (for up to 30 days), and standard WordPress cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-party services

Live mutual fund scheme names and NAV data shown on this site are sourced from mfapi.in, a public data aggregator. No personal information about you is shared with that service — only anonymous requests for published fund data.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by writing to us using the details below. If you'd like your email-verification session forgotten, simply clear your cookies or write in and we'll delete the underlying record.
